摘　　要：本文重点介绍了洛阳广播电视台电视播出系统异地备份系统建设的背景、意义、系统的需求分析和设计要点,以及设备利旧使用情况,在充分利用台内原有设备的基础上,进行了异地播出系统建设,很好的完成了建国七十周年安全播出的任务,达到非常好的效果。This paper focuses on the background,significance,demand analysis and design points of the remote backup system construction of Luoyang radio and television broadcasting system,as well as the utilization of the equipment.On the basis of making full use of the original equipment in the station,the remote broadcasting system construction is carried out,which completes the task of safe broadcasting in the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people’s Republic of China,and achieves a very good result Effect.
