基 金:卵泡液内微量元素与体外受精-胚胎移植结局相关性研究(QDZ201626)。
摘 要:目的探究IVF-ET不同妊娠结局者卵泡液内微量元素水平变化,以及其与妊娠结局者的关系。方法2017年2—4月方便选取该院进行IVF-ET治疗的97例女性不育患者进行研究,根据妊娠结局分为妊娠组(59例)、非妊娠组(38例),采用GnRH-a-Gn-hCG方案控制排卵,卵泡穿刺后收集上清卵泡液,电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测卵泡液铜、锌、铁、硒、铅水平。结果妊娠组卵泡液中微量元素锌、硒[(0.52±0.13)ppm、(54.93±3.44)ppb]水平均高于非妊娠组[(0.30±0.18)ppm、(40.51±4.21)ppb],差异有统计学意义(t=6.514、17.649,P<0.05)。妊娠组与非妊娠组卵泡液中微量元素铜、铁水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高龄组较非高龄组妊娠率低(42.86%、68.12%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.333,P<0.05),高龄组与非高龄组比较微量素锌、铜、铁、硒及铅均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵泡液中微量元素锌、硒与IVF-ET妊娠结局有相关性,微量元素铜、铁、铅与IVF-ET妊娠结局无相关行。卵泡液中微量元素铜、铁、锌、硒、铅与IVF患者年龄无相关性。Objective To investigate the changes of trace element levels in follicular fluid of IVF-ET patients with different pregnancy outcomes and their relationship with pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 97 female infertility patients from Feb 2017 to Apr 2017 who underwent IVF-ET treatment in this year were enrolled.According to the pregnancy outcome,they were divided into pregnancy group(59 cases)and non-pregnant group(38 cases).GnRH-a-Gn-hCG program was used to control ovulation.After follicular puncture,the supernatant follicular fluid was collected,and the levels of copper,zinc,iron,selenium and lead in follicular fluid were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results The levels of trace elements zinc and selenium[(0.52±0.13)ppm、(54.93±3.44)ppb]in the follicular fluid of the pregnant group were higher than those in the non-pregnant group[(0.30±0.18)ppm、(40.51±4.21)ppb].The difference was statistically significant(t=6.514,17.649,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of trace elements copper and iron in the follicular fluid between the pregnant and non-pregnant groups(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate was lower in the elderly group than in the non-age group(42.86%,68.12%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.333,P<0.05).The older group and the non-age group were compared with trace zinc,copper,iron,selenium and lead.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between trace element zinc and selenium in follicular fluid and IVF-ET pregnancy outcome.There is no correlation between trace elements copper,iron,lead and IVF-ET pregnancy outcome.There were no correlations between the trace elements of copper,iron,zinc,selenium and lead in follicular fluid and IVF patients.
