心脏B超与心电图对高血压心脏病的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的分析在高血压合并心脏病患者诊断中应用心脏B超和心电图诊断的有效性。方法方便选取50例高血压合并心脏病患者,入该院治疗的时间均是2017年6月--2018年6月,全部患者都采取心脏B超和心电图诊断,观察两种方式诊断的效果。结果心脏B超诊断出37例左室肥大、19例左房增大、17例左室扩大、30例主动脉的扩张、6例主动脉的弹性减退,诊断结果比心电图,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.391、9.013、8.391、42.857、6.383,P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并心脏病患者诊断中应用心脏B超诊断准确率比较高,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of cardiac ultrasonography and electrocardiogram diagnosis in the diagnosis of patients with hypertension and heart disease.Methods Convenient selection of 50 patients with hypertension and heart disease selected from our hospital was from June to June 2017 to June 2018.All patients underwent cardiac B-ultrasound and electrocardiogram diagnosis to observe the effect of two methods.Results B-ultrasound diagnosis of 37 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy,19 cases of left atrial enlargement,17 cases of left ventricular enlargement,30 cases of aortic dilatation,6 cases of aortic elasticity,the diagnosis is better than the ECG,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=19.391,9.013,8.391,42.857,6.383,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of cardiac B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with hypertension and heart disease is relatively high and worthy of application.
