尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术在尿道下裂治疗中的应用效果探讨及有效性分析

摘　　要：目的分析尿道下裂治疗中采用尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术的临床价值。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年2月,该院68例尿道下裂患儿,随机将患儿平均分为两组。对照组用横行带蒂包皮内板皮瓣尿道成形术治疗,观察组用尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗,将两组治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患儿治疗优良率高于对照组(97.06%,73.53%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.503,P=0.006<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(29.41%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.785,P=0.003<0.05)。结论尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂,临床效果显著,值得在临床中推广。Objective To analyze the clinical value of urethral resection and urethroplasty in the treatment of hypospadias.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,68 children with hypospadias convenient selection in the hospital were convenient divided into two groups.The control group was treated with transverse pedicled pedicle flap for urethroplasty.The observation group was treated with urethral plate longitudinal laparoscopic urethroplasty.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.06%,73.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.503,P=0.006<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.88%)was lower than the control group(29.41%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.785,P=0.003<0.05).Conclusion Urethral plate longitudinal cannulated urethroplasty for hypospadias,clinical effect is significant,worth it Promoted in the clinic.
