探讨温经通络法外治类风湿关节炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨温经通络法治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年10月—2017年10月在该院接受治疗的138例类风湿性关节炎患者,将患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组(n=69)采用西药非甾体抗炎药、改变病情抗风湿药、糖皮质激素等治疗;治疗组(n=69)在对照组基础上加用温经通络法的中药汤剂。1个月为1个疗程。治疗3个月后进行观察及数据统计分析。结果对照组有效率71.01%,治疗组有效率92.75%。经比较两组疗效差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.991,P=0.001<0.05)。结论温经通络法治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenjingtongluo therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 138 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were convenient selected,and the patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group(n=69)was treated with western medicine non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,modified anti-rheumatic drugs,glucocorticoids,etc;the treatment group(n=69)was supplemented with Wenjing Tongluo method of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.one month is a course of treatment.Observation and statistical analysis were performed after 3 months of treatment.Results The effective rate of the control group was 71.01%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.75%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=10.991,P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Tongluo therapy is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
