城市双修背景下旧工业园区更新策略研究——以烟台市凤凰工业园为例

摘　　要："城市双修"是我国城市发展转型时期提出的新理念。旧工业园区随着城市产业结构的调整逐步衰退,而作为城市重要的存量资源,其更新改造是当今城市亟待解决的问题。文章首先对城市双修进行解析,再分析研究旧工业园区更新改造的现状,提出城市双修对旧工业园区改造的意义,并以烟台市凤凰工业园为例,从功能结构、公服设施、交通网络、园区风貌、特色文化、生态环境六方面提出更新改造策略,以期为其他旧工业园区的更新改造提供参考。"Urban Double Repair"is a new concept put forward during the transition period of urban development in China.The old industrial areas are gradually declining with the adjustment of urban industrial structure,and as an important stock resource of the city,its renovation and transformation is an urgent problem to be solved.The paper analyzes the urban double repair and the status quo and problems of the renovation of the old industrial areas,and puts forward the significance of the urban double repair to the transformation of the old industrial areas.Taking the Phoenix Industrial Area of Yantai as an example,trying to propose the renovation strategy from six aspects:functional structure,public service facilities,transportation network,architectural style,characteristic culture and ecological environment,in order to provide reference for the renovation of other old industrial areas.
