协同发展背景下城乡生态协同优化策略——以富锦市为例

摘　　要：近几年,国家越来越重视对生态环境的保护与修复;并且,随着协同发展和空间规划的编制工作逐渐成为当下规划领域的研究热点,从规划层面对生态环境的分析与研究将是一项不可或缺的重要内容。文章将基于此背景,以黑龙江省富锦市为例,通过对富锦市城乡生态协同现状进行分析,提出城乡生态协同过程中出现的问题,并以现有协同发展的内容与理念为依据,探究协同发展背景下城镇体系如何结合自然生态条件,实现生态保护方面的调整,并提出优化策略,以期为空间规划编制中生态承载力的评估工作提供有价值的参考与借鉴。In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the protection and restoration of the ecological environment,and with the coordinated development and the preparation of spatial planning,it has gradually become a research hotspot in the current planning field.The analysis and research of the ecological environment from the planning level will be An indispensable important content.Based on this background,taking Fujin City,Heilongjiang Province as an example,this article analyzes the current situation of urban-rural ecological synergy in Fujin City,puts forward problems in the process of urban-rural ecological synergy based on the existing content and concepts of coordinated development.The article explores show the urban system integrates natural ecological conditions in the context of coordinated development to achieve adjustments in ecological protection and propose optimization strategies.It is hoped to provide valuable reference and reference for the evaluation of ecological carrying capacity in the preparation of spatial planning.
