摘　　要：文章从河道综合治理的概念及其环境外部性入手,分析河道治理技术演进对城市空间发展的影响,在此基础上,结合城市水域空间发展的内外驱动因素解析,从开发管理、规划调控、设计指引、景观协调四个方面探讨城市水域空间发展的规划设计途径。Base on the conception of comprehensive river management and environment externality,the article analyzes the influence of comprehensive river management on urban space development.Then,it analyzes the internal and external drivers for urban water space development,and discusses the urban planning for water space development from development management,planning regulation,urban design guideline and landscape coordination.
