腹腔镜下子宫全切术的手术室护理配合要点分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析舒适的手术室护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术中的应用效果。方法方便选取了医院2016年5月-2018年5月收治的70例腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者实施常规护理方法,而实验组患者则进行手术室内的护理配合进行干预。观察两组患者在经过治疗护理后,注意观察两组患者在手术时各项指标的变化进行对比,同时观察患者对此次护理满意度的情况。结果护理后,实验组患者手术时间为(27.12±5.09)min短于对照组患者手术时间为(38.65±8.31)min﹙t=8.781,P<0.05﹚;实验组术中出血量为(18.61±1.09)mL少于对照组术中出血量为(24.55±2.12)mL﹙t=17.693,P<0.05﹚;在并发症发生率之间的对比,实验组患者为5.71%,明显低于对照组患者的25.71%﹙χ~2=4.031,P<0.05﹚;验组患者为94.28%,对照组满意度为74.28%,对比差异有统计学意义﹙χ~2=9.364,P<0.05﹚。结论对患者在进行腹腔镜下子宫全切术时,采用手术室的护理配合可降低患者并发症的发生率,较少术中出血量以及手术的时间,进一步提高护理的满意度,值得应用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of comfortable operating room nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods From May 2016 to May 2018, 70 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomLy divided into experimental group(n=35) and control group(n=35). The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods, while the patients in the experimental group were intervened by nursing cooperation in the operating room. After treatment and nursing, the changes of various indexes in the two groups were observed and compared, and the patients’ satisfaction with the nursing care was observed at the same time. Results After nursing, the patients in the experimental group were operated on. The time of operation was(27.12±5.09) min, which was shorter than that of the control group(38.65±8.31)min﹙t=8.781,P<0.05﹚. The intraoperative bleeding volume of the experimental group was(18.61±1.09) mL, which was less than that of the control group(24.55±2.12) mL﹙t=17.693,P<0.05﹚. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was5.71%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.71%)﹙χ~2=4.031,P<0.05﹚. The satisfaction rate of the patients in the test group was 94.28%, and that in the control group was 74.28%, the difference was statistically significant﹙χ~2=9.364,P<0.05﹚. Conclusion During laparoscopic hysterectomy, the use of nursing care in the operating room can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation and the time of the operation,and further improve the satisfaction of nursing.
