摘  要:目的探讨负压封闭吸引联合持续微氧渗透技术治疗重度压疮的疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年12月-2017年12月的60例重度压疮患者进行研究,随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用负压封闭引流治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合持续微氧技术治疗,治疗8周,观察2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的创面面积、深度、潜行情况、疼痛评分、创面愈合时间及愈合率、细菌培养阳性率和创面转阴率。结果治疗8周后,试验组的临床总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(χ~2=4.320, P<0.05);其创面愈合时间(19.5±2.2)d (t=26.359)、愈合率(98.6±10.5)%(t=21.561)、细菌培养转阴率(76.9%)(χ~2=7.340)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭吸引联合持续微氧渗透技术治疗可以有效改善重度压疮患者的创面,促进创面愈合。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of negative pressure wound therapy combined with continuous diffusion of oxygen therapy on the treatment of the severe pressure ulcers. Methods In the hospital between December 2015 and December 2017, 60 cases of patients with severe pressure ulcers, were convenienty selected randomly divided into trial group and control group 30 cases, control group adopts closed negative pressure drainage treatment, the patients in the control group on the basis of continuous micro oxygen technology treatment, treatment of 8 weeks, to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups patients, before and after treatment of wound area, depth, stealth, pain score, wound healing time and healing rate, germiculture positive rate and the turn rate of the wound. Results After 8 weeks, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(93.3%) was significantly higher than the control group(χ~2=4.320, P<0.05). The the wound healing days(19.5±2.2)d(t=26.359), the healing rate(98.6±10.5)%(t=21.561) and the bacterial culture conversion rate(76.9%)(χ~2=7.340) of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy combined with the continuous diffusion of oxygen can effectively improve the wound surface of patients with severe pressure ulcer and promote wound healing.
