摘 要:选取非离子型表面活性剂TX-100来探究其对低阶煤浮选行为的影响。试验结果表明,随着TX-100浓度(0g/t,50g/t,100g/t,150g/t,200g/t)的逐渐增加,可燃体回收率从54.42%增加到89.43%。此外,对不同浓度TX-100处理过的煤样进行了接触角和润湿热分析,最高TX-100浓度(200g/t)处理过的煤样接触角增加了13.7°,润湿热降低了8.031J/g;使用XPS和FTIR方法进一步探究了TX-100处理前后煤样表面性质的变化,发现TX-100处理后低阶煤表面亲水性官能团羧基(-COOH)和羟基(-OH)的含量显著减少。The effect of TX-100,a non-ionic surfactant,on low rank coal flotation performance was investigated,and the results showed that,the ultimate combustible recovery values of low rank coal,treated with gradual increasing concentration of TX-100(0 g/t,50 g/t,100 g/t,150 g/t,200 g/t)raised from 54.42%to 89.43%,indicating the enhancement of flotation performance.Besides,contact angle and wetting heat of measurements were employed to analyze the coal samples treated by different concentrations of TX-100,and after treated by the 200 g/t TX-100,the contact angle is 13.7°higher,and the wetting heat is 8.031 J/g lower,indicating the enhancement of hydrophobicity.The samples’surface property variation caused by TX-100 treatment was analyzed using XPS and FTIR,which showed the samples’content of hydrophilic groups,namely carboxyl group hydroxyl(-COOH)and hydroxyl(-OH),decreased significantly after treated by TX-100.
