浅谈福家田风电场箱变超精细滤清装置滤油技术

摘　　要：福家田风电场设备因常年在高湿环境下,绝缘油化指标超标情况时有发生,若绝缘油指标持续异常,将对设备运行带来安全隐患。为解决风电场箱变绝缘油常见问题,提升箱变绝缘油质量,笔者通过对超精细滤清装置安装前后的箱变绝缘油样进行试验对比分析,分析该设备在滤除箱变绝缘油中的水分子的能力,从而进一步分析绝缘油中气体含量变化趋势。分析结果可为变压器滤油技术的发展提供一些参考。Due to the high humidity environment, the insulation oil index of equipment in Fujiatian wind farm often exceeds the standard. If the insulation oil index continues to be abnormal, it will bring security risks to the operation of the equipment. In order to solve the common problems of box type substation insulating oil in the wind farm and improve the quality of box type substation insulating oil, based on the comparison and analysis of the insulating oil samples of the box type substation before and after the installation of the ultrafine filter, the author analyzes the ability of the device to filter the water molecules in the insulating oil of the box type substation, so as to further analyze the change trend of the gas content in the insulating oil. The analysis results can provide some references for the development of transformer oil filtering technology.
