岩滩水电站2号机组设备温度监测升级优化

摘　　要：岩滩水电站2号机组作为智能水电建设的试点,为满足智能水电站信息采集方式全面化建设的要求,提高2号机组安全运行的状态监测,电厂技术人员利用2号机A级检修机会,增加空气冷却器及三部(上导、推力和下导)轴承进出水管光纤测温方式,以及定子心芯和定子线圈测温方式。通过对2号机组上导、推力、下导、水导四部轴承,空气冷却器和定子线圈及铁心进行了温度监测优化,提高了测温系统设备可靠性和使机组安全稳定运行。Unit 2 of Yantan Hydropower Station is the pilot of intelligent hydropower construction of Yantan company. In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive construction of information collection mode of intelligent hydropower station and improve the condition monitoring of safe operation of unit 2, the optical fiber temperature measurement mode of inlet and outlet water pipes of air cooler and three bearing(upper guide, thrust and lower guide), as well as the temperature measurement mode of stator core and stator coil are increased by taking advantage of class-A maintenance opportunity of unit 2. By optimizing the temperature monitoring of the four bearings of upper guide, thrust, lower guide and water guide, the air cooler, the stator coil and stator core, the reliability of the temperature measurement system equipment and the safe and stable operation of the unit are improved.
