摘　　要：基于国际大型EPC工程项目全程物流服务涉及的货量大、物资种类多且有大量特殊物资运输、专业性强、风险因素多、管理及控制难度大、沟通协调接口面多等特点,结合恒逸文莱石油化工项目全程物流服务管理的实际操作经验,探讨国际EPC工程项目全程物流服务管理方案的运行,通过把握物流环节关键点的认识,提高国际EPC工程项目全程物流服务的管理水平,保障工程项目物流的顺利进展。Since large-scale EPC engineering projects generally involve large-quantity and widely diversified materials and require special materials transportation during their whole-process logistics services that are highly specialized,exposed to many risk factors,difficult to manage and control,and with multiple interfaces for communication and coordination,etc.In this paper,according to practical operation experience in the whole-process logistics service management of the Hengyi(Brunei)petrochemical project,the paper discussed the operation of the whole-process logistics service management plan of the international EPC project,and through understanding the key points in the logistics links,aimed to improve the management level of the services and ensure the smooth progress of the logistics operation of the project.
