探究暴马丁香叶中总黄酮的超声提取工艺

摘  要:为充分利用暴马丁香,以暴马丁香叶为材料,利用超声辅助提取法对暴马丁香叶的径粒大小、液料比、乙醇浓度、超声时间进行了研究。结果表明:径粒大小为过80目筛时,提取暴马丁香总黄酮含量最高为11.078mg/g,液料比为1∶15时暴马丁香总黄酮提取含量最高为23.653mg/g,乙醇浓度为70%时暴马丁香总黄酮提取含量最高为26.116mg/g,超声时间为20min时暴马丁香总黄酮提取含量高为26.158mg/g,正交实验优化得到的最佳工艺条件为径粒大小为60目,液料比为1∶15,乙醇浓度为80%,超声时间为40min。This experiment used ultrasonic auxiliary extraction method to extract tyrannosaurs, with tyrannic flavor of the leaf as the material, and by ultrasonic auxiliary extraction method, the diameter size, liquid ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction time of tyrannic Martin incense leaf were studied, and the optimal conditions for extraction were initially determined for the extraction of tyrannic martin total flavonoids.The results showed that the total flavonoid extraction content of tyrannosaurs was 11.087 mg/g when the size of the boresize was over 80, the total flavonoid extraction content of tyrannosaurs was 23.653 mg/g at1 ∶15, and the total flavonoid extraction content of tyrannosaurs was 26.116 mg/g when the ethanol concentration was 70%, The extraction time is 20 min when the total flavonoid extraction content is26.158 mg/g, The diameter size is 60, and the liquid ratio is 1∶15, and the 80% ethanol, and ultrasonic40 min was the best process condition obtained by orthogonal test.
