Objective To systematically evaluate the application experience of patients with diabetes using mobile medical applications, mainly to understand the attitudes and feelings of patients, and to provide reference for the optimization of chronic diabetes management in the future. Methods Retrieval and qualitative research on PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI) and Wanfang Data Resource System related to the experience of using mobile medical applications for patients with diabetes. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to August 2018, and the literature was evaluated according to the quality evaluation standards of the qualitative research of the JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center in Australia and the GRADE system. The meta-integration method was used to integrate the research results. Results A total of 7 studies were included, 34 research results were extracted, similar results were combined into 6 new categories, and finally 3 integrated results were formed. Integrated Result 1: patients have a positive attitude towards mobile medical applications which will help you to better manage your disease. Integrated Outcome 2: Patients ’psychological experience when using mobile medical applications changes in stages. Integrated Outcome 3: Patients’ use of mobile medical applications in disease management which is mainly affected by its own, management system and procedures. Conclusion Medical staff should pay full attention to and understand the application experience of patients with diabetes when using mobile medical applications, and formulate and optimize management plans and improve procedures based on patients’ feelings function, to further guide and standardize the management of chronic diseases of diabetes.
