探讨基于PDCA循环管理促进重点监控药品的合理应用及成效

摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环管理在医院重点监控药品管理中的应用成效。方法现选取2018年1-6月期间该院未实施PDCA循环管理前的567份住院病历作为A组,选取2018年7-12月实施PDCA循环管理后的613例住院病历作B组,对比两组临床用药的不合理性。结果研究结果显示,B组613例份病历中共有32份存在不合理用药情况,不合理用药率为5.22%,A组567份病历中共有147份存在不合理用药情况,不合理用药率为25.92%,对比可知,B组的不合理用药率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环工具可有效提高临床合理用药水平,促进临床用药更加安全、有效和经济。Objective To study the application effect of PDCA cycle management in key monitoring drug management in hospitals. Methods 567 inpatient medical records were selected as group A before PDCA cycle management was implemented in the hospital from January to June 2018. 613 inpatients with PDCA cycle management from July to December 2018 were selected as group B. The irrationality of clinical medication was compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that 32 out of 613 medical records in group B had irrational drug use, the irrational drug use rate was 5.22%, and147 out of 567 medical records in group A had irrational drug use, the irrational drug use rate was 25.92%. By comparison,the irrational drug use rate in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation tool can effectively improve the level of clinical rational drug use, and promote clinical drug use to be safer, more effective and more economical.
