摘 要:目的分析加强西药房管理对减少药患纠纷的影响。方法 2018年7-8月间该院加强西药房管理后择取1 000例患者为研究组,2018年5-6月常规管理的1 000例患者为对照组,比较两组患者的服务评价满意度和药患发生率。结果研究者满意度97.10%,高于对照组的84.20%,组间差异有统计意义(χ^2=24.160,P<0.05);研究组药患纠纷发生率1.50%,对照组药患发生率8.70%,组间差异有统计意义(χ^2=7.965,P<0.05)。结论加强西药房管理,提高了药事服务质量,降低了药患纠纷率。Objective To analyze the impact of strengthening the management of western pharmacies on reducing drug-patient disputes. Methods In July-August 2018, after strengthening the management of western pharmacy, 1 000 patients were selected as the study group, and 1 000 patients routinely administered in May-June 2018 were the control group, and the service evaluation satisfaction and drug incidence between the two groups was compared. Results The researcher’s satisfaction rate was 97.10%, which was much higher than the control group’s 84.20%. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=24.160, P<0.05). The incidence of drug-patient disputes in the study group and the control group were 1.50% and 8.70% respectively, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.965, P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of western pharmacies, improving the quality of pharmacy services, reducing the rate of drug-patient disputes.
