摘　　要：医疗联合体建设是深化我国医药卫生体制改革、推动区域医疗资源优化配置和提高医疗体系整体效益、缓解群众"看病难、看病贵"问题的重要举措。该文通过对广西上林县医疗联合体建设情况进行充分研讨,对其县域医共体建设模式、成效及存在问题进行了深入探讨,为其继续优化推广以及为其他地区区域医疗联合体建设提供实践思路和借鉴。The construction of medical complex is an important measure to deepen the reform of China’s medical and health system, promote the optimization of the allocation of regional medical resources and improve the overall efficiency of the medical system, and alleviate the problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment". In this paper, through a full discussion on the construction of the medical consortium in Shanglin County, Guangxi, the in-depth discussion of the county medical community construction mode, effectiveness, and it provides practical ideas and references for its further optimization and promotion as well as for the construction of regional medical association in other regions.
