基于模糊综合评价的南京世凹桃源农家乐游客满意度研究

摘　　要：通过实证研究,构建较为科学的农家乐游客满意度评价指标体系,结合模糊综合评价方法,最终得到该农家乐的游客满意度情况。根据游客满意度情况,为世凹桃源农家乐专业村的发展提出针对性建议,以期为南京市其它农家乐的可持续发展提供借鉴。This paper constructeda more scientific evaluation index system of farmhouse tourists satisfaction through empirical research. It obtainedthe farmhouse tourists’ satisfactioncombined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. According to the satisfaction of tourists, it put forward specific suggestions for the development of Shiyuan Taoyuan Farmhouse Professional Village, aiming at providing reference for the sustainable development of other farmhouses in Nanjing.
