摘　　要：目前云南省内存在大量砌体结构教学用房,随着使用的年限增加,均会出现各种质量隐患,且大部分抗震能力不满足规范要求。论文以某经过鉴定后安全性等级为C级的小学教学楼为例,介绍了常见的砌体结构用房加固方案,并可为同类建筑鉴定加固提供依据。At present,there are a large number of teaching rooms for masonry structure in Yunnan Province;as the number of years of use increases,various quality hazards will occur,and most of the seismic capacity does not meet the requirements of the regulations.This paper takes a primary school building with a safety level of C grade as an example,introduces the common reinforcement scheme for masonry structure,and provides a basis for identification and reinforcement of similar buildings.
