上海虹桥万科中心绿色三星运营浅析

摘　　要：在低碳环保型建筑发展越来越迅速的时代背景下,绿色建筑为人类营造了良好办公环境同时能有效减少环境污染和节约土地、水、能源等各项资源。虹桥万科中心定位三星级绿色建筑,综合考虑了建筑节能、节水、节材、节地、室内环境,符合绿色建筑的相关要求。在运营过程中应用先进的改善室内办公环境技术,降低暖通空调能耗等各类能耗,达到提高人员居住舒适、节能降耗、环境优美的目标,真正体现绿色建筑的现实意义。U n d e r t h e b a c k g r o u n d of t h e i n c r e a si n gly r a pid d e velo p m e nt of lo w-c a r b o n a n d environmentally friendly buildings,green buildings have created a good office environment for human beings while effectively reducing environmental pollution and saving resources such as land,water and energy.Hongqiao Vanke Center locates three-star green buildings,taking into account building energy conservation,water conservation,m aterial saving,la nd saving,indoor environ ment,in line with the relevant requirements of green buildings,in the course of operation the application of advanced indoor office environment technology,reducing the energy consumption of HVAC and other energy consumption,to achieve the goal of improving people's living comfort,energy saving,beautiful environment,truly reflects the practical significance of green building.
