摘　　要：船舶的生产设计管理非常复杂,需要收集和存储大量的信息和数据。文章主要分析了船舶设计管理的现状,结合生产设计对日程规划、劳动人员的负荷、分工、实时监控等进行分析,对设计任务进行调整,从而提升船舶生产设计日程管理系统的性能。The management of ship production and design is very complex, which needs to collect and store a lot of information and data. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of ship design management, combined with production design, analyzes the schedule planning, the load of labor, division of labor, real-time monitoring, etc., and adjusts the design tasks, so as to improve the performance of ship production design schedule management system.
