摘　　要：目的研究CD14^+HLA-DR^-/low髓系抑制性细胞(MDSC)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的表达类型及临床意义。方法选取2017年1月至2019年4月本院收治的患者62例,依据疾病类型分为COPD组(n=50)和对照组(n=12)。COPD组中依据慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床分期将患者分为加重期及稳定期,应用流式细胞仪进行外周血MDSC检测,分析其表达情况与COPD疾病之间的相关性。结果CD14^+HLA-DR^-/low在COPD组中的阳性数高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在疾病的不同时期表达比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后MDSC阳性细胞数下降明显,与FEV%成负相关(r=-0.6055,P<0.05)。结论MDSC单核系CD14^+HLA-DR^-/low在COPD患者中具有研究价值。Objective To investigate the expression pattern and clinical significance of CD14^+HLA-DR^-/low myeloid inhibitory cells(MDSC)in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From January 2017 to April 2019,62 patients in our hospital were admitted,they were divided into COPD group(n=50)and the control group(n=12)according disease type.COPD group based on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical stage was divided into aggravating period and stable period,the application of flow cytometry instrument was used to detect the peripheral blood MDSC,analysised of the COPD and the correlation between the disease.Results the positive number of CD14^+HLA-DR^-/low in COPD group was higher than that in control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,there were corresponding changes in the expression at different stages of the disease,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of MDSC positive cells significantly decreased,which was negatively correlated with FEV%(r=-0.6055,P<0.05).Conclusion MDSC mononuclear CD14^+HLA-DR^-/low has research value in patients with COPD.
