摘　　要：目的探讨免费孕前优生健康检查对优生优育的措施及价值。方法选择2017年5月至2019年5月本站接收的待孕夫妇200对为观察组,行免费孕前优生健康检查,另选择同时间段本站接收未实施孕前优生健康检查的待孕夫妇200对为对照组,评价两组优生优育知识掌握情况及胎儿出生缺陷发生情况。结果观察组夫妇对优生优育知识掌握合格率100.0%高于对照组的90.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胎儿出生缺陷发生率中新生儿唇裂、巨大儿、神经管畸形等缺陷均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对待孕夫妇落实免费孕前优生健康检查工作可促使其掌握详细科学的优生优育知识,规避不科学行为及习惯,充分做好孕前准备,减少胎儿出生缺陷发生情况,实现优生优育。Objective To explore the measures and value of free pre-pregnancy eugenics health check for prenatal and postnatal care.Methods A total of 200 pairs of couples who were pre-pregnancy at the station from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as observation group for free pre-pregnancy eugenics health check.The 200 pairs of pre-pregnancy couples who were not pre-pregnancy eugenics health check as the control group at the same time to evaluate the mastery and prenatal knowledge of the two groups and the occurrence of fetal birth defects.Results The qualified rate of the couples in the observation group was 100.0%higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal cleft lip,giant child,neural tube deformity defects in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of free pre-pregnancy eugenics health check for pregnant couples can promote their mastery of scientific and eugenics knowledge,encourage them to avoid unscientific behaviors and habits,fully prepare for pregnancy,reduce the occurrence of fetal birth defects,and achieve prenatal and postnatal care.
