摘　　要：目的 分析腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者服药和功能锻炼依从性,以及相关影响因素。方法 采用调查问卷法调查LDH确诊患者服药和功能锻炼依从性。结果 对304例LDH患者进行问卷调查,用药和功能锻炼依从率分别为42.11%和53.29%。小学文化程度、农民、个人月收入3 000元以下的患者服药依从性较高。本科及以上文化程度、企事业单位人员、个人月收入3 000~5 000元的患者功能锻炼依从性较高。按时复诊的患者服药和功能锻炼依从性均高于不按时复诊的患者。对疾病不了解是影响患者服药和功能锻炼依从性的最主要因素。结论 LDH患者服药和功能锻炼依从性较低。为提高LDH患者服药和功能锻炼依从性,医护人员应和患者建立良好的医患关系,加强随访,并对患者进行系统、个体化的综合宣教。Objective To investigate the compliance of pharmacy treatment and functional exercise,and related influencing factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Questionnaires were used to analyze the compliance of pharmacy treatment and functional exercise in patients with LDH.Results A total of 304 patients with LDH were enrolled.The compliance rates of pharmacy treatment was 42.11%,and the compliance rates of functional exercise was 53.29%.Patients with primary school education,farmers and with monthly income less than 3000 yuan were with higher compliance of pharmacy treatment.The compliance rates of functional exercise was higher in patients with undergraduate education or above,cadres and with monthly income of 3000-5000 yuan.Moreover,the rates of compliance of pharmacy treatment and functional exercise were higher in patients with on time return visit than patients without on time return visit.Poor understanding of the disease was the main influencing factor of low compliance rates.Conclusion Patients with LDH might be with low treatment compliance.Well doctor-patient relationship and systematic,individualized education could improve the treatment compliance of patients.
