摘  要:磷酸酯抗燃油作为汽轮机调速系统介质,当前存在油质酸值、体积电阻率因油质劣化而超标的情况。通过4个发电企业磷酸酯抗燃油的运行状况,分析了引起抗燃油酸值、体积电阻率超标的原因:水分、氧化和温度,并分析水分、氧化、温度对抗燃油运行的影响,提出了解决磷酸酯抗燃油油质超标问题的建议及其运行过程的注意事项。The phosphate ester resists fuel oil is used as the medium of steam turbine governing system.At the present,the acid value and volume resistivity of oil excees the standard due to the deterioration of oil quality.Based on the operation status of phosphate ester resists fuel oil in four power plants,this paper analyses the causes of excessive acid value and the volume resistivity of fire-resistant oil:moisture,oxidation and temperature.It analyses the influence of water,oxidation and temperature on the operation of fire-resistant oil.Suggestions for solving the problem of excessive quality of phosphate ester resists fuel oil and matters needing attention in its operation process are put forward.
