摘 要:为提升丽江的旅游形象,破解导游的生存危机,针对丽江旅游市场的现状,分析了丽江导游面临的困境及其成因,剖析了丽江旅游市场不规范、游客及其他社会群体对导游缺乏信任等负面影响,提出如下解决途径:合理安排导游的工作量、提升丽江导游社会地位、提高丽江导游收入水平、规范丽江旅游市场、加大对丽江导游的正面宣传力度,以期为相关部门提供借鉴,带来启示,从根本上解决问题.In order to improve the tourism image of Lijiang and tackle the tour guides′career crisis,in view of the current situation of Lijiang tourism market,we analyze the dilemma faced by Lijiang tour guides and the causes,as well as other negative impacts such as the abnormal tourism market of Lijiang and the lack of trust from tourists and other social groups in tour guides,propose the following solutions:ensure tour guides′reasonable workload,elevate their social status,improve their income level,regulate the tourism market of Lijiang,and enhance their positive publicity,and expect to provide references and inspirations for relevant departments and solve the problems ultimately.
