摘　　要：为解决列控车载设备的线缆绝缘测试耗费大量人力物力、线缆易损伤问题,设计了一款以STM32F407为核心的全自动车载线缆绝缘测试仪,该测试仪由硬件系统和软件系统组成.硬件系统包括:直流高压电源发生器,电阻分压电路,中央处理判断模块,人机交互界面,驱采控制模块,数据采集模块,车载设备线缆通用插头.软件系统包括:主程序、电压数据采集程序、软件滤波程序、声光报警程序、液晶显示屏程序.测试仪与车载线缆相连接,可以实现车载设备连接线缆的线间绝缘、对地绝缘的快速测试,具有高效、便捷等应用特点.An automatic on-board cable insulation tester based on STM32F407 was designed to solve the problems of cable insulation test for on-board equipment of train control system,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources and the cables are easy to be damaged.This tester is composed of a hardware system and a software system.The hardware system includes:DC high voltage power generator,resistance voltage divider circuit,central processing and judging module,human-computer interaction interface,driver acquisition control module,data acquisition module,and general plug of on-board cable.The software system includes:main program,voltage data acquisition program,software filter program,sound and light alarm program,and LCD program.With the application characteristics of high efficiency and convenience,this tester can fulfill a fast test for interline insulation and grounding insulation by connecting it to an on-board cable.
