摘 要:为了减少水稻种绳直播机开沟阻力,对限深轮进行了改进.设计制作了直线边界、圆弧形边界和二次曲线形边界三种播种机限深轮,并对限深轮的压沟深度和压沟后种绳的覆土厚度进行了田间试验.结果表明:圆弧形限深轮压出的种沟两侧土壤稳定性较好,压沟深度变异系数较小;采用圆弧形限深轮的水稻种绳直播机,当开沟器档位设置在35 mm时,种绳覆土厚度的变异系数为3.72%,种绳的覆土厚度均值为29.03 mm,能够满足水稻种绳直播机的农业设计要求.In order to reduce the resistance of furrow opener of the rice rope direct seeding machine,the depth limit wheel was improved.Three types of depth limit wheels of seeding machines with linear boundary,circular arc boundary and quadratic curve boundary were designed and manufactured.Field tests were carried out on the depth of furrow pressed and the covering soil thickness of the seed rope after furrow pressing.The results showed that the stability of soil on both sides of the seed furrow extruded by depth limit wheel with the circular arc boundary was better,and the variation coefficient of the depth of furrow pressed was smaller;by using the rice rope direct seeding machine with the circular arc boundary,when the gear of the furrow opener was set at 35 mm,the variation coefficient of the covering soil thickness of the seed rope was 3.72%,and the average covering soil thickness of the seed rope was 29.03 mm,which could meet the requirements of the agricultural design of the rice rope direct seeding machine.
