血府逐瘀胶囊对CHDA患者炎性反应递质、促血管新生因子及内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血府逐瘀胶囊对冠心病心绞痛(CHDA)患者炎性反应递质、促血管新生因子及内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月淄博市中医医院收治的CHDA患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组患者给予常规治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上给予血府逐瘀胶囊口服治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和血栓素B2(TXB2)和临床疗效方面的差别。结果:观察组治疗有效率为78.94%,对照组的治疗有效率为57.89%,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组患者TNF-α、hs-CRP、ET-1和TXB2水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组比对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的VEGF、bFGF和NO均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀胶囊能减轻炎性反应,促进血管内皮修复和血管新生,增加心肌供血供氧,改善心肌损伤,对CHDA有显著临床疗效。Objective:To evaluate the effects of Xufu Zhuyu Capsule on inflammatory factors,angiogenesis and endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease angina(CHDA)using xuefuzhuyu capsule.Methods:A total of 76 CHDA patients hospitalized in the department of cardiology of Zibo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the a research group and a control group,with 38 patients in each control group.The control group were treated with conventional therapy only,and the research group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on the basis of the control group.The levels of the inflammatory factors(TNF-and hs-CRP),proangiogenic factor(VEGF and bFGF)and vascular endothelial function(NO,ET-1 and TXB2)and total effective rate were compared between 2 groups.Results:The total effective rates were 78.94%in the research group,and 57.89%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,bFGF and NO were increased(P<0.05)and the increase was more significant in the research group than in the control group and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can reduce inflammation reactions,promote vascular endothelial repair and angiogenesis,increase blood oxygen supply to myocardium,and improve myocardial injury.It has a very significant clinical effects in patients with CHDA and can be widely used.
