摘 要:目的分析血站规范流动采血车消毒管理的效果评价。方法该文研究对象为血站工作人员,研究总例数50名,收取时间在2015年2月-2016年1月之间,总人数采取抽签分组方式分为两组,观察组25名(实施流动采血车消毒管理)、对照组25名(实施常规管理),将两组的管理效果评分、管理质量评分、满意度、献血不良反应发生率进行对比。结果观察组血站工作人员的管理效果评分(95.21±1.27)分、管理质量评分(91.45±2.11)分高于对照组管理效果评分(75.11±1.28)分、管理质量评分(70.14±1.29)分(P<0.05)。观察组血站工作人员的满意度92.00%(满意20名、一般3名、不满意2名)高于对照组满意度64.00%(P<0.05)。观察组献血者的献血不良反应发生率4.00%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论通过对血站规范流动采血车进行消毒管理后,取得显著效果,能显著提高管理效果评分、管理质量评分,保障消毒效果,预防献血不良反应情况发生。Objective To analyze the effect evaluation of standardization of disinfection management of mobile blood collection vehicles at blood stations. Methods The research object of this article is blood station staff. The total number of cases studied was 50. The collection time was between February 2015 to January 2016. The total number of cases was divided into two groups by drawing and grouping, 25 cases in the observation group(implemented mobile blood collection vehicle disinfection management) and control group 25 cases(implemented routine management). The management effect score, management quality score, satisfaction, and the incidence of adverse reactions to blood donation were compared between the two groups.Results The management effect score(95.21±1.27)points and management quality score(91.45±2.11)points of the blood station staff in the observation group were higher than the management effect score(75.11±1.28)points and management quality score(70.14±1.29)points of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the blood station staff in the observation group was 92.00%(satisfactory 20 cases, average 3 cases, and unsatisfactory 2 cases), which was higher than that of the control group 64.00%(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of blood donors in the observation group was 4.00% lower than that in the control group by 20.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion The disinfection management of standardized mobile blood collection vehicles in blood stations has achieved significant results, which can significantly improve the management effect score, management quality score, ensure the disinfection effect, and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions to blood donations.
