摘 要:目的研究人性化护理管理对新生儿科小儿哭闹的改善作用。方法通过双盲法分组标准将该院2017年6月-2018年6月接收的100例患儿分为对照组和实验组,对照组(n=50)行常规护理,实验组(n=50)行性化护理管理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果①实验组疗效高于对照组(分别为96%和80%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②实验组护理满意度评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③实验组护理人员压力和医患关系均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿科护理管理中应用人性化护理管理能够减少患儿哭闹情况,提升护理满意度,降低护理人员压力,改善医患关系。Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing management on crying in neonatal children. Methods The100 patients received from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into a control group(n=50) and an experimental group(n=50),respectively adopted routine nursing and personalized nursing management according to the double-blind grouping standard.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results 1.The curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(96% and 80%, respectively), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3.The stress and the doctor-patient relationship of the nursing staff in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups formed statistical value(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in neonatal nursing management can reduce crying in children, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the pressure on nursing staff, and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
