摘 要:战术通信网对抗涉及到对抗双方装备水平、通信网络结构、对抗战术运用等多个方面,对其进行定量评估较为困难。本文介绍了战术通信网的构成,给出了一种对战术通信网对抗效果评估的方法,该方法将战术通信网对抗效果评估划分为侦察效果和干扰效果,给出了对战术通信网侦察效能评估的指标体系,提出了一种基于加权自然连通度的战术通信网干扰效能评估方法,最后介绍了战术通信网对抗效果的综合评估方法,并给出了详细的算法步骤和评估实例。Tactical communication network confrontation involves multiple aspects of the equipment level of the opposing sides,the structure of the communication network,and the use of confrontation tactics.Quantitative evaluation of it is difficult.Firstly,the article introduces the composition of tactical communication network,and gives a method for evaluating the countermeasure effect of tactical communication network.This method divides the countermeasure evaluation of tactical communication network into reconnaissance effect and interference effect.Secondly,the article gives an index system for evaluating the effectiveness of tactical communication network reconnaissance,and proposes a method for evaluating the effectiveness of tactical communication network interference based on weighted natural connectivity.Finally,the article introduces a comprehensive evaluation method of the tactical communication network countermeasure effect,and gives detailed algorithm steps and evaluation examples.
