摘  要:在乙二醇(EG)和水组成的二元溶剂热体系中,通过Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和尿素的水热反应及其后续的退火处理,制备了纳米片组装的花状ZnO。以花状ZnO为基底,采用直接沉淀法,制备了CdS/ZnO复合物。在可见光照射下,研究了所制备的ZnO和CdS/ZnO复合物降解结晶紫水溶液的光催化性能。结果表明,相对于ZnO,CdS/ZnO复合物在400~700 nm区间产生了新的吸收,对结晶紫可见光降解具有好的催化效果,此外,CdS/ZnO复合物作为光催化剂具有较好的稳定性和重复使用性,可望用于污水处理。Flower-like ZnO assembled from nanoflakes were synthesized via a hydrothermal reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with urea in ethylene glycol(EG)and de-ionized water solvotheral system and subsequent annealing.CdS/ZnO composites were fabricated using the method of direct sedimentation based on the flower-like ZnO.The photocatalytic performance of the as-prepared ZnO and CdS/ZnO composites for the degradation of crystal violet aqueous solution was studied under visible light irradiation.The result shows that CdS/ZnO composite produces new absorption in the 400-700 nm range,and the photocatalytic performance is significantly enhanced compared with that of ZnO microflowers,besides,the as-prepared CdS/ZnO composite shows some stability and reusability as photocatalyst,which is expected to be useful in the treatment of wastewaters.
