摘  要:以贻贝壳为绿色钙源,采用化学沉淀法制备吸附剂碳羟基磷灰石(CHAP),利用傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试技术对其形貌、结构和性质进行了表征;考察了CHAP对水中刚果红的吸附去除特性。结果表明:刚果红溶液的初始浓度为50.00 mg·L-1,pH为4.0,加入10.0 g·L-1吸附剂,吸附温度在30℃的条件下吸附60 min,脱色率达99.08%,饱和吸附量为4.95 mg·g-1。CHAP对水中刚果红的吸附动力学过程可以较好地采用准二级动力学模型描述。CHAP对刚果红的吸附平衡数据采用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型描述,Langmuir吸附等温式更适用于描述此吸附过程。热力学研究表明,CHAP对刚果红吸附为物理吸附,吸附过程存在热驱动。碳羟基磷灰石去除水中刚果红的机制是路易斯酸碱反应,吸附作用力为静电作用力、范德华力。热再生后的CHAP经过6个循环后,仍有96.71%的脱色率,表明CHAP具有良好的吸附性能,可以循环使用。The adsorbent carbon hydroxyapatite(CHAP)was prepared by chemical precipitation method using mussel shells as the green calcium source,and the morphology,structure and character were represented by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope(SEM),X ray diffraction and so on.The adsorption and removal characteristics of CHAP to Congo red in water was reviewed.The result shows that the initial concentration of Congo red was 50.00 mg·L-1,pH=4.0,after adding 10.0 g·L-1 adsorbing agent,under 30℃for 60 min,the decolonization ratio was 99.08%,the saturated adsorption capacity was 4.95 mg·g-1.The adsorption kinetics of CHAP to Congo red in water could be described by quasi-second order dynamic model.The adsorption equilibrium data of CHAP to Congo red could be described by Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal adsorption.Thermodynamic study shows that the adsorption of CHAP to Congo red was physical adsorption,and the thermal driving existed in the adsorption process.The mechanism of removing Congo red by hydroxyapatite was Lewis acid-base reaction,the adsorption acting force were static electricity acting force and Van der Waals'force.The decolourization ratio of thermal regeneration CHAP through 6 cycles was 96.71%,which indicates that the CHAP has good adsorptive property so it could be recycled.
