摘  要:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱层析、ODS反相柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱等方法对滇产小百部的甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR、MS等波谱学技术对所分离化合物进行结构鉴定。从小百部中共分离鉴定了14个化合物:2-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone(1),20-hydroxyecdysone(2),ajugasterone C(3),ajugasterone C-2-ethyl ester(4),calonysterone(5),2-deoxyecdysone(6),ergosterol(7),胡萝卜苷(8),小百部苷A(9),小百部苷B(10),filiasparoside B(11),filiasparoside C(12),filiasparoside D(13),asparagusin A(14)。研究表明小百部中主要以甾酮和甾体皂苷类化合物为主,其中化合物1、3、4、6、7为首次从小百部中分离得到。Silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,ODS reversed phase column chromatography and prepared high performance liquid chromatography were applied to separate and purify the compounds from the methanol extract of Asparagus filicinus.1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS were adopted to determine the structures of the isolated compounds.Fourteen compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as:2-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone(1),20-hydroxyecdysone(2),ajugasterone C(3),ajugasterone C-2-ethyl ester(4),calonysterone(5),2-deoxyecdysone(6),ergosterol(7),daucosterol(8),aspafiliosides A(9),aspafiliosides B(10),filiasparoside B(11),filiasparoside C(12),filiasparoside D(13),asparagusin A(14).The results showed that sterones and steroid saponins were the predominant constituents in Asparagus filicinus.Compounds 1,3,4,6,7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
