区域间产业转移模式与梯度优势重构——以长江经济带为例

摘　　要：本文从梯度转移理论出发,基于多区域投入产出模型提出了产业转移模式的判别方法,识别了集聚、扩散、承接、回流、替代等五种产业转移模式。应用上述分析框架对长江经济带进行的实证研究表明,2002年至2015年优势产业转移在江苏、浙江、江西、四川以集聚型模式为主,在上海、安徽、湖北以扩散型模式为主,在其余省市主导模式不明显。劣势产业转移在多数省市都以回流型模式为主,但安徽和江西约有一半劣势行业的转移表现为承接型模式。各省市绝大多数行业的转移模式与其优势产业数量和结构的变化具有很高的一致性,这意味着产业转移模式渐进性地对长江经济带产业梯度优势的重构产生了显著影响。Using multi-regional input-output model, this paper proposes a framework to identify industrial transfer pattern(ITP) and defines five types of ITP, concentration pattern, spread pattern, undertaken pattern, backwash pattern and substitution pattern, according to the gradient transfer theory. Appling the above framework, an empirically study on the Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB) shows that transfers of competitive industries in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Sichuan were dominated by concentration pattern and those in Shanghai, Anhui and Hubei were dominated by spread pattern, however, the dominated transfer pattern in the rest provinces were not distinct in 2002-2015. Transfers of incompetitive industries in most of the provinces were dominated by backwash pattern but about half of the incompetitive industries transfers in Anhui and Jiangxi were undertaken pattern.Most of the industrial transfers in each province were highly in accordance with changes in quantities and structures of the competitive industries in each province, which implies that he industrial transfer pattern has gradually taken significant effect on restructuring of the industrial gradient advantage across the YREB.
