摘 要:从信阳市部分规模化鸭场疑似大肠杆菌感染病料中,通过传统分离培养及phoA基因检测,分离得到19株大肠杆菌。对分离菌进行种系发育分群、动物致病性试验和毒力基因检测。系统发育分子分群结果显示,19株分离菌中10株(52.63%)属于B2群,7株(36.84%)属于D群,1株(5.26%)属于B1群,1株(5.26%)属于A群。动物致病性试验结果显示,高致病性菌株9株(47.38%),中致病性菌株7株(36.84%),低致病性菌株3株(15.78%)。毒力基因的检测结果显示,ompT、iroN、hlyF、iutA和Iss五种毒力基因的检出率均为89.47%;fimC、marA和irp2基因检出率为63.16%;fyuA基因检出率为42.11%。In this study,19 strains,marked as DE1~DE19,were isolated from sick ducks at farms in Xinyang City,and were identified as Escherichia coli,based on traditional methods of isolation,identification and biochemical test;and phoA genes were amplified using PCR.Rapid phylogenetic grouping technique,based on PCR,was adopted to analyze the main phylogenetic groups of the isolates.The results were that the B2 and D phylogenetic groups were the most common strains,accounting for 52.63%and 36.84%,respectively,of the of 19 isolates,and B1 and A accounted for 5.26%and 5.26%,respectively.The pathogenicity of the 19 isolates from the susceptible one-day-old ducks showed that 47.38%,36.84%and 15.78%of these isolates were characterized as of high,intermediate and low pathogenicity,respectively.The PCR test of the virulence associated genes showed that ompT,iroN,hlyF,iutA and Iss were positive for 89.47%of all the isolates;fimC,marA and irp2 were 63.16%,and fyuA was 42.11%.
