精准扶贫背景下农村贫困户社会支持情况的分析——以山东省日照市H村为例

摘　　要：农村贫困家庭的社会支持情况从侧面反映出精准扶贫工作开展的成效,扶贫不只是当前的物质满足,更是持续发展能力的提升。从社会支持的视角出发,发现农村贫困家庭的生活现状、社会支持现状及特点,其中政府层面的支持较为全面,但力有不逮;除了政府的正式社会支持以外,其他正式支持较少;表达性支持主要集中在非正式社会支持中。并在此基础上寻找增强贫困户社会支持系统的措施,为进一步完善贫困家庭社会支持提出建议。The social support situation of poor rural families reflects the effectiveness of precise poverty alleviation work from the side.Poverty alleviation is not only the current material satisfaction,but also the improvement of sustainable development capability.From the perspective of social support,the article finds out the living conditions of rural poor families,and the status quo and characteristics of social support for poor rural households.Among them,the government-level support is more comprehensive,but it is not enough.In addition to the government’s formal social support,other formal support is less;expressive support is mainly concentrated in informal social support.On this basis,we will find measures to strengthen the social support system for poor households,and make suggestions for further improving the social support of poor families.
