摘　　要：以某省高速公路招标为例,在确定了评标基准价的基础上,运用Excel办公软件建立投标报价模型,并根据所得模型决策报价降幅。通过对这个数学模型进行分析讨论,给出最优投标报价。Taking highway bidding in a province as an example, on the basis of determining the benchmark price of bid evaluation, a bidding quotation model was established by using Excel office software, and the price reduction was determined based on the model.Through the analysis and discussion of this mathematical model, the optimal tender offer is given.
