摘  要:通过对比不同溶剂的萃取效果,最终确定以120#溶剂油为萃取剂处理油田含油污泥,并考察了萃取时间、萃取温度、搅拌速率、剂泥比及溶剂中甲苯含量等因素对萃取率的影响.实验结果表明:采用120#溶剂油为萃取剂,萃取时间30 min、萃取温度60℃、搅拌速率600 r·min^-1、剂泥比5时,含油污泥萃取率可达90%,可实现含油污泥无害化处理和资源化再利用.By comparing the extraction effects of different solvents,it was finally determined that number 120#solvent oil was used as the extractant to treat oily sludge in the oil field.The effects of factors such as extraction time,extraction temperature,stirring rate,ratio of solvent to sludge and toluene content in solvent on the extraction rate were also investigated.The results show that the extraction rate of the oily sludge can reach 90%with number 120#solvent oil as the extractant when the extraction time is 30 minutes,extraction temperature is 60℃,the stirring rate is 600 r·min^-1and the ratio of agent to mud is 5∶1.Finally,the harmless treatment and resource recycling of oily sludge are realized.
