摘  要:以邻苯二甲酸正二丁酯(di-n-butyl phthaiate,DnBP)为供试污染物,研究了胡敏酸(humic acid,HA)对土壤中DnBP的降解动力学过程及土壤微生物活性的影响规律.结果表明,土壤湿度为最大持水量的60%,温度25℃条件下,DnBP在潮棕壤中的降解半衰期为5.069 d,而用HA处理后,促进了DnBP的降解,HA施加质量分数为10~160 mg·g-1时,DnBP的半衰期为2.843~4.532 d.HA的施加促进了土壤基础呼吸,增强了土壤过氧化氢酶和脱氢酶的活性.DnBP的降解率与土壤呼吸强度、过氧化氢酶活性呈极显著正相关关系,与土壤脱氢酶活性呈显著正相关关系;而HA的添加量与土壤脱氢酶活性也表现出显著正相关关系;土壤呼吸强度和过氧化氢酶活性与土壤DnBP降解率之间具有较高的直接通径系数和综合通径系数.Using di-n-butyl phthaiate(DnBP)as test pollutant,the effects of humic acid(HA)on the degradation kinetics of soil DnBP and soil microbial activity were studied.The results show that the soil moisture was 60%of the maximum water holding capacity.Under 25℃,the degradation half-life of DnBP in aquic brown soil was 5.069.HA treatment promoted the degradation of DnBP.The applied mass fraction of HA was 10~160 mg·g-1,the half-life of DnBP is from 2.843 to 4.532 days.The application of HA promoted soil basic respiration and enhanced soil catalase and dehydrogenase activities.The degradation rate of DnBP has a very significant positive correlation with soil respiration intensity and catalase activity,and a significant positive correlation with soil dehydrogenase activity;and the addition of HA also has a significantly positive correlation with soil dehydrogenase activity.Correlation relationship;there is a high direct and comprehensive path coefficient between soil respiration intensity and catalase activity and soil DnBP degradation rate.
