摘 要:利用TOPSIS方法从人口、经济和社会3方面构建评价地区经济发展水平的数学模型,并在此基础上对各地区经济发展水平的不平衡性进行了定量的测度分析.结果表明,我国经济发展水平整体呈上升趋势,不平衡性在降低;东部地区经济发展水平最高,不平衡性最突出;中部地区经济发展水平和不平衡性均较低;西南和西北地区的经济发展水平和不平衡性均处于中等水平,经济增速最快;东北地区经济发展水平下降明显,增速最小,不平衡性先增长后下降.TOPSIS method was used to construct a mathematical model to evaluate the regional economic development level from three aspects of population,economy and society,and on this basis,the imbalance of regional economic development level was quantitatively measured and analyzed.The results show that the overall level of economic development in China is ascending,but the imbalance is decreasing.The eastern region has the highest level of economic development and the greatest imbalance;the economic development level and imbalance in the central region are relatively low;the economic development level and imbalance of the southwest and northwest regions are at the middle level,but the economic growth rate is the fastest;economic development in northeast has declined significantly,with the smallest growth rate,and the imbalance increases firstly and then decreases.
