摘　　要：创伤后应激障碍(post-traumatic stress disorder,PTSD)是在经历重大创伤事件之后产生的一种高发病率且对社会经济有着重大影响的精神疾病。目前,PTSD的发病机制尚不明确,严重阻碍着临床药物的研发和应用。疾病动物模型的建立对人们了解PTSD的临床表现、发病机制以及治疗有着至关重要的作用。近年来,研究者陆续提出了各种PTSD动物模型,并在行为学、分子生物学等方面进行了研究。本综述通过介绍以大、小鼠为代表的啮齿类动物PTSD模型的建立方法,总结国内外研究者近年来的研究现状,为PTSD动物模型的选择和疾病的进一步研究提供参考。Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is a condition with high morbidity that develops after major traumatic events.PTSD has a major impact on socio-economic status.The pathogenesis of PTSD and the study of its prevention and treatment have attracted increasing attention.The establishment of animal models plays a crucial role in understanding the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,and treatment of PTSD.PTSD researchers have successively proposed various animal models and have conducted research at macroscopic and microscopic levels.This review will shed light on the establishment of various animal models and summarize the current status of domestic and foreign research areas.Future research is required to develop effective PTSD animal models that are consistent with the clinical symptoms of human PTSD.In addition,genetic-and epigenetics-related research,exploration regarding the details of traumatic events,and the impact of a wider range of adverse stress interactions on the body may be helpful in uncovering new information regarding PTSD pathogenesis and therapeutic interventions.
