摘  要:针对加油站大规模防渗改造影响营销的状况,为最大程度地减少影响,研究实施了停业前、停业中、即将复业和复业后各阶段的营销方案,并借助信息化平台构建对应的停复业精准营销系统,实现了停复业加油站稳量、增量的目标。介绍了该系统的总体架构、逻辑架构、技术路线以及目标客户精准识别、加油优惠券设置、扫码领券管理、目标客户群精准派券、营销活动分析报表等系统功能。实际案例表明,该系统在停复业精准营销中发挥了重要作用,取得良好成效。In view of the impact of large-scale anti-seepage reconstruction on the marketing of gas station,the goal of realizing the stable business quantity and increment of gas stations by means of information technology was put forward,and the precise marketing system of gas stations was developed.The overall configuration,logical structure,and technical route of the system and system functions,such as accurate identification of target customers,setting of refueling coupons,management of coupons acquirement through scanning codes,accurate distribution of coupons to target customers and analysis report of marketing activities were introduced.The actual case shows that the system has played an important role in the precise marketing of gas stations with good results achieved.
