骨科老年患者临床护理风险及其护理措施研究

摘　　要：目的:针对骨科老年患者临床护理中存在的护理风险及其护理措施进行分析与研究。方法:研究对象确定为骨科老年患者,共选取200例,以随机分组的办法分成两组,一组为对照组,以常规护理技术为主。一组为观察组,以新护理技术为主,两组人数均为100例。对两组骨病患者分别进行常规护理和新护理技术的试验,再将两组所得数据进行比较。结果:数据显示,针对进不同形式的护理中,试验组相比较对照组的坠床次数少两次,跌倒次数少3次,压疮出现率少一次,出现下肢深静脉血栓概率少2次;诱发证出现的概率试验组占8.33%,而对照组高达21.67%。结论:在临床运用中,有效的护理技术可以有效提升病人的生存质量,加强医护人员的风险管理意识。Objective:To analyze and study the nursing risk and its nursing measures in clinical nursing of senile patients in orthopedics department.Methods:A total of 200 elderly orthopaedic patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group as the control group,and the conventional nursing technique was the main method.One group was treated with new nursing technique,and the number of the two groups was 100 cases.Two groups of patients with bone disease were carried out routine care and new care technology trial,and then the two groups of data were compared.Results:The data showed that in the different forms of nursing care,the trial group had two fewer times of falling down,three fewer times of falling down,one less time of pressure sore and two less times of lower limb thrombosis The probability of inducing syndrome was 8.33%in test group and 21.67%in control group.Conclusion:In clinical application,effective nursing techniques can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and strengthen the awareness of risk management among medical staff.
