Key Technology of Erecting Single Line Box Girder with Large Longitudinal Slope and Small Radius Curve on Passenger Dedicated Line

摘  要:随着城市的快速发展,对于桥梁的建筑需求也随之加大。大纵坡小半径曲线桥梁能满足各地区不同地理环境的需求。相对于直线型、大半径曲线桥梁,其施工难度更高,对架设设备的选择和施工工艺的要求也较多。以某客运专线的单线架设施工方案为例,探讨解决桥梁架设中多跨度、线路坡度大、小半径曲线、临时支撑点架设困难等问题,总结架构处理经验,供大家参考借鉴。With the rapid development of cities,the demand for bridge construction is also increasing.The bridges with large longitudinal slope and small radius curve can meet needs of different geographical environments in various regions,which has higher construction difficulty compared to straight-line and large radius curve bridges,and has more requirements for the selection of erection equipment and construction technology.Taking the construction scheme of single track erection of a passenger dedicated line as an example,this paper discusses how to solve the problems in bridge erection,such as multi-span,large line gradient,small radius curve,difficulty in erecting temporary support points,etc.,and then summarizes the experiences in architecture treatment,hoping to provide some references.
