摘 要:针对舰艇编队防空作战决策的实时性和紧迫性特点,在建立舰艇编队防空作战模型的基础上,提出了一种基于动态决策的优化启发算法,用以解决舰艇编队防空作战决策的生成问题。考虑传统火力分配算法动态决策时间延迟的不足,以对来袭目标最大毁伤和缩短抗击时间为目的,为舰艇编队防空决策选择合适的规则策略。仿真算例表明:采用基于动态决策的优化启发算法能有效解决防空作战中的动态决策问题,所提出的模型算法在保证抗击来袭目标时效性的前提下,合理分配舰载武器资源,提高作战效率。In view of the real-time and urgent characteristics of warship formation air defense combat decision-making, based on the model of warship formation air defense combat, an optimization heuristic algorithm dynamic decision is proposed to solve the problem of generating warship formation air defense combat decision. Considering the disadvantage of dynamic decision time delay of traditional fire allocation algorithm, in order to maximize the damage to the incoming target and shorten the fighting time, appropriate rules and strategies are selected for the decision of warship formation air defense. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the dynamic decision-making problem in air defense operations, and it can reasonably allocate shipborne weapon resources and improve operational efficiency under the premise of ensuring the timeliness of fighting against incoming targets.
