QC小组活动在同安水闸混凝土外观质量提升中的应用

摘　　要：随着新方法、新材料的应用以及技术的进步,工程建设领域施工技术得到了较大的提升,一些项目的外观已与环境相融合形成了独有的景观,水闸工程拦水成湖、造型独特、连接江畔两岸形成一道美丽的映水景观,因此对水闸工程的外观质量提出了更高的要求。结合同安区石浔水闸改建工程外观质量控制,采用QC手段进行外观质量检查,通过分析原因,提出对策,经过合理的过程控制,质量检查结果显示:主要影响因素(钢模接缝处理不严密和钢模表面粗糙、清理不干净)已经消除或遏制,清水混凝土墙体外观质量显著提高,达到活动预期目的。With the application of new methods,new materials and technology,construction technology in the field of engineering construction has been greatly improved.The appearance of some projects has been integrated with the environment to form a unique landscape.The sluice project has become a lake with unique shape,connecting the two banks of the river to form a beautiful water reflecting landscape.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the appearance quality of the sluice project.Combined with the appearance quality control of the reconstruction project of Shixun sluice in Tong'an District,the appearance quality inspection is carried out by means of QC.By analyzing the causes,the countermeasures are put forward.After reasonable process control,the quality inspection results show that the main influencing factors(the joint treatment of steel formwork is not strict,the surface of steel formwork is rough and the cleaning is not clean)have been eliminated or contained,and the appearance quality of fair faced concrete wall is significant Improve and achieve the expected purpose of the activity.
